WiMedia’s technology is an ISO-published radio standard for high-speed ultra-wideband (UWB) wireless connectivity. The first implementations of WiMedia UWB serve as the foundation for Wireless USB, whose acceptance and adoption are now seen as inevitable. Products incorporating this technology have gained wide industry momentum. They empower new models of convenience by supporting multimedia applications with the same ease-of-use and familiarity of the current USB experience.
