IntellaSys, a TPL Group Enterprise The Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMECAS) (formerly the Microelectronics R&D center) was founded in 1986, merged from the microelectronics research department of Institute of Semiconductor and 109 integrated circuit factory, both from the Chinese Academy of Science (CAS). IMECAS gave a great contribution to our country at every development stage of microelectronics research. IMECAS provides doctor and master programs, and has 31 advisors (including 14 doctor advisors). At present, a total 130 postgraduates enrolled. During the past several years, IMECAS has paid a great attention to combining national strategic requirements and technology trends based on its own strength.
